Running on empty

American Falls Reservoir upstream continues to fill for the upcoming watering season. As temperatures warm and spring runoff kicks into high gear, reservoirs further upstream will hopefully fill quickly and the flow in the river will increase, once again covering rocks in the river and making it more accessible to boating.
