The Aberdeen boys’ basketball program held a very successful youth basketball camp in June, according to coach Stephen Grigg. The camp was held for three days for youth from the second grade through the eighth grade. The campers worked on several drills to improve all of their basketball skills. The boy’s high school basketball team performed the service by assisting in the camp and coaching a team of youth campers of their own during the camp. Grigg said “The camp was awesome for both the youth of the community as well as the current boys’ basketball program, I look forward to not only the upcoming basketball season but also the future of Aberdeen basketball.” The boys’ basketball program thanks all of the people who assisted in the basketball camp! This photo was taken the final day of the camp.
