Housing authority
lists future plans

Inasmuch as the Housing Authority of the City of American Falls endeavors to carry out Federal Laws and Regulations in the administration of the Public Housing program, the Housing Authority has prepared its Annual and Five Year Plan templates and ACOP revisions. Copies of the plans may be picked up at the Housing Authority during office hours from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed noon-1:00 p.m.). Any and all comments can be made to the Housing Authority office located at 290 Tyhee, American Falls, Idaho 83211, or in writing to Bruce Hauber, Executive Director, P. O. Box 327, American Falls, Idaho 83211, or call 208-226-5262, prior to the public hearing on Jan. 26, 2021 at noon.

Landfill, Adult Probation, SCILD, and Building Administrator/Weed Control were heard.
MOTIONS:
Agenda, lease ground, hardship exemption application for parcel #RPC0323-00, Idaho Military Agreement Renewal No. 7, 2021 Commission calendar, County holiday hours, building & grounds, Public Defense, City of American Falls Memorandum of Understanding, Sheriff Jim Jeffries Retirement Award, personnel, laptop bid, election equipment and Covid-19 policy updates were approved.
Sadie Parish’s Certificate of Residency Application for College of Southern Idaho Junior College Tuition was approved for the 2020-2021 Fall and Spring Semesters.
