City receives grants for infrastructure

The city of Aberdeen has received two grants, both are to be used for infrastructure. One is for the airport for $110,000 and one is for the city through the American Rescue Plan for $212,000. Both of these grants are to be used for infrastructure, but Mayor Larry Barrett said no one can tell him exactly what they can be used for.
