The American Falls High School baseball team ended the regular season Wednesday, April 30, by hosting Bear Lake High School.

The Beavers started strong with a long shot by Bo Hohenfield.

According to coach Austin Williams the Beavers played well with the exception of two innings.

“We played a pretty good game, unfortunately we gave up four unearned runs in the fourth and three more in the sixth inning,” Williams said.

The Beavers fell to the Bears 12-3.

The Beavers are playing at Bear Lake High School this week in the District Five tournament. Williams said he is optimistic about the post-season.

“The guys continue to work hard. Hopefully we can put a couple of games together this week at the district tournament,” he said.
