Aberdeen Middle School awarded Idaho STEM Action Center grant

Aberdeen Middle School is among a handful of Eastern Idaho educational organizations receiving grants from the Idaho STEM Action Center to support family friendly science, technology, engineering and math events in their communities. Aberdeen will receive $1000.

Other Eastern Idaho educational organizations awarded STEM Events Grants include Alameda Middle School (Pocatello), Bear Lake County Library (Montpelier), Dora Erickson Elementary (Idaho Falls) and North Bingham County District Library (Shelley).

The STEM Action Center received 44 applications and awarded 36 grants of up to $1,000 each to educational organizations throughout the Gem State. Total funds awarded exceed $34,000.
