Thirteen young women competed Saturday, April 9, but only one could be crowned the 2016 Power County Junior Miss. Vanessa Permann put together the best combination of academics, talent, interviewing skills, grace and composure and fitness, to take home the title.
First runner-up was Lauren Johnson, second runner-up was Natalie Tolman and third runner-up was Shannon Tomkinson. The Spirit of Jr. Miss award went to Quinn Smith and the Beary Enchanted award went to Jonet Goodin. …
