Lady Tigers lose one, win one

The Lady Tigers had a tough match up last week with defending state champions Malad on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Malad. They started slow, but got closer each game, but lost in three games 25-16, 25-20, 25-23.

“We stayed neck and neck with them the last two games until we hit 19, then we made more mistakes than they did,” coach Melanie Beck said.

Memorable stats were Baylee Wahlen had two aces, and 26 assists, Isabelle Beck had two aces and nine kills, and Makenna Schritter had 14 kills.

The Tigers traveled to American Falls on Thursday, Sept. 22, where they met the Beavers. The Lady Tigers won in three sets…
