A.F. volleyball falls to Panthers, Eagles

The American Falls High School volleyball team switched up its rotation in hopes of winning its first game of the season.

There was no luck last week, as the Lady Beavers faced off against tough district rivals Snake River and Marsh Valley.

Snake River won in three games, 25-12, 25-9 and 25-15, on Tuesday, Sept. 27, in Snake River.

The Beavers came out stronger against Marsh Valley, at home on Thursday, Sept. 29, staying neck and neck through the first game, but losing 26-24. They were also close in the second game, down just 16-15, when the Eagles pulled away and won 25-16. Marsh Valley then cinched up the set, winning 25-13 …
