Rockland girls’ drop two first games against Castleford and Raft River

Inside shooting proved problematic for the Rockland High School girls’ basketball team, as they fell short on their first two games against Raft River and Castelford.

Rockland played Raft River on Thursday, Nov. 17, at Raft River. Raft River won 50-32. A strong first half helped Raft River leap ahead to clinch the win.

Madalyn Permann had 15 points for the Lady Bulldogs. Also scoring was Brook Freeman with seven points, Kariena Turnbeaugh with six points, Kaytlinn Miller with two points, Evie Waite with one point and Eryn Parrish with one point. …
