Family and friends of Dr. Arnold Glarborg are invited to attend a memorial service in his honor that will be held on Saturday, June 21, in Blackfoot, ID, at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1110 Parkway Drive. The memorial service will begin at 12 noon and all are invited to stay for a light lunch afterward.
Dr. Glarborg died on February 14, 2014, in Tucson, AZ, where he and his wife have lived for the last 10 years. Before moving to Arizona he practiced veterinary medicine in the Aberdeen and Blackfoot areas for 33 years. He is survived by his wife Estelle and 5 children Peter (Jeannie), David (Pat), Elisabeth Ridgway (Linn Hower), Brian, and Alice Taylor (William). All of the children graduated from Blackfoot High School. He is also survived by sisters Anna Adamek, Ellen Kranzler, and Bernice Jensen, 11 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
