Water problems come to a head; city eyeing November bond vote

Water pipes beneath the city of American Falls are so corroded and filled with excess material; fire hydrants do not have enough flow to adequately fight a fire, members of the American Falls City Council discussed in a meeting on Wednesday, April 6.
