Aberdeen city leaders were given more information about the proposed Desert Sage Apartment Complex which is planned to be constructed on the land previously used as the LDS ballfield. The plans are for seven separate buildings which will each house four apartment units. Each apartment has just under 1,000 square feet.
The design is similar to the Sawtooth Ridge apartment complex in Pocatello. Andrew Stoddard is the owner of the building project and has met with the planning and zoning and all required setbacks are met.
