There’s usually a stigma attached to something called the “senior citizen center”. In Aberdeen, it’s more than that. It’s more of a gathering place for some locals.
Covid changed many things in the lives of Americans, as well as those from the Aberdeen area. The “regular” gathering place for the morning coffee drinkers was no longer. No place that really gave that welcome feeling of belonging at the “round table” for morning coffee and conversations.
