Bobby “Bob” Ray Blaker, 79, of Aberdeen, ID, passed away peacefully at his
home on Wednesday, Nov.
9, 2022, after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Bobby was born on June
20, 1943, in Neodesha, KS,
to his parents, Claude and
Arlene Blaker. He was the
third of six children.
Bobby spent the majority of his adolescent life in
Altoona, KS, where he graduated from Altoona High
School in 1961. He later
moved to Aberdeen, ID, in
1965 with his first wife Doris
Stanley and with this union
came four sons. Bobby and
Doris divorced in 1984.
Bobby had worked for
Schritter Farms for about 57 years and
loved working the farm life. He was a
hard worker and always loved to stay
busy. Bobby loved baseball and played
softball in the church league. He was a
die-hard Dodgers fan and loved going to
their games in California. He also loved
bowling and was on the bowling league
when he met his second wife Pat Reid.
They were married on March
1, 1991.
Bobby was a wonderful
man and will be missed by
many.
Bobby is survived by: his
wife, Pat Blaker; five sons,
Paul (Linda) Spengler, Mike
(Kathy) Blaker, Tony (Franny) Blaker, Corey (Caralyn)
Blaker, Chris (Shalae) Kane;
one daughter, Alycia Fessler;
three brothers, Darryl (Betty)
Blaker, Ronnie Blaker, Steve
(Linda) Blaker; nine grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
He is preceded in death
by: his parents, Claudie and
Arlene Blaker; sister, Sheila Dunsworth;
and brother, Randy Blaker.
The funeral was on Wednesday, Nov.
16, 2022 at Calvary Community Chapel in
