Maurice Russell Larson passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023, in his home with his loved ones by his side. Maurice was born in American Falls, ID, on April 5, 1961, to John and Ruth Larson.
Maurice was raised in Aberdeen, ID, and decided this would be home for his life. He went to Aberdeen schools, but later received his GED. He loved being a self-taught mechanic and working on cars and pickups. Maurice later married Nancy Wilcox and to this union brought Dylan and Lucille.
He was preceded by his parents and three sisters, Pauline, Jeanette, and Linda. He is survived by his children Ray, Dylan and Lucille; siblings, Virginia Larson, Tom (Angie) Larson, and Charlene (Kirby) Miller. The family would like to take the time to thank his CNA Nancy Larson for the time she took to care for him up until his final moments.
A visitation was held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, at Davis-Rose Mortuary in American Falls. The memorial service was on Thursday, April 6, at 1 p.m. at American Legion Hall in Aberdeen.
