AFHS boys’ soccer wins District Championship

The American Falls High School boys’ soccer team won their sixth straight District Championship Wednesday night, Oct. 11, 2-0 over a tough Aberdeen team.
The team will enter the state tournament at Vallivue High School in Caldwell Thursday, Oct. 19, with a 12-3-3 record. They went 8-0-1 in conference play.
In the championship game Oliver Rios scored a goal in the first half and Jordy Portillo had a goal in the second half.
