Rosa Lee “Rosie” Ralphs Rosen, 62, of Meridian, ID, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013, surrounded by her family.
She was born Oct. 5, 1950 to Alvin Leo Ralphs and Celia Lois Walker.
On Nov. 27, 1971 she was married to John McKinley “Mack” Rosen.
She attended school in Rockland, ID, and then moved to Boise, ID, where she attended business college.
She worked many years as a bank teller and then moved on to owning her own business.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father and also her father-in-law (Bill Knoblich) and mother-in-law (Sylvia Knoblich).
She is survived by her husband, Mack Rosen of Meridian; two children, Kris Christensen (Mike) of Meridian, and Tony Rosen of Meridian; and six grandchildren, Kimberly Coder, Tyler Christensen, Hailey Rosen, Reganne Rosen, Brayden Christensen and Ashton Rosen; also her four siblings, Reynold (Fay) Ralphs of Rockland, Reva (David) Hawkes of Buena Vista, VA, Delford (Mary Ellen) Ralphs of Rockland, and Marcia (Lanny) Permann of American Falls.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 13, at 11 a.m. at Rockland Cemetery.
