Raymond Gene Lowell Jr., 44, left this world Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013.
He leaves behind his mother Ruth Sparks. He enjoyed his best buddy “Bone-head” Andy; and five siblings, sisters Joyce Thompson and Juanita Graves from American Falls, sister Debra Hansen from Blackfoot, ID, brothers Robert Lowell III from Greenfield, MA, and Aaron Lowell from Laconia, NH; 14 nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and nephews.
He was loved by anyone who was lucky enough to know him. He loved shopping at Wal-Mart, eating at IHOP, and Kermit the Frog.
