Nicole Smith, 34, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at home with her family at her side.
A viewing will be held Friday, March 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave., Pocatello, ID 83201, 208-233-1500.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 26, at 11 a.m. at the LDS Chapel, 147 Bringhurst, Chubbuck, ID 83202 with a viewing for one hour prior.
Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83204. Condolences may be made to the family online at www.colonial-funeralhome.com.
