Lorene died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, at Beechtree Nursing Home in Ithaca, NY, following a reoccurence of cancer. She was born in Cortland, NY, on Nov. 29, 1958. Her parents were Norma Kinchner Halderson and Paul Hallock (deceased).
She is survived by her mother; a step-father, James Halderson of American Falls; a brother, Steve Hallock of Pocatello; ex-husband Carl Greenwood of Alabama; husband John Crossett of Homer, NY; and one daughter, Charity Greenwood Summerfield of Whitney Point, NY; five grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Gavin, Henrick and William; and one son, James Greenwood of Athens, PA.
We shall remember the good times with Lorene. She battled cancer with courage and we are sad for her untimely death.

Cremation will take place with graveside services to be held at a later date at the Marathon, NY, cemetery.
