Robert Norien Buffi, age 85 of Aberdeen, ID, passed away April 24, 2019 at the Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. Private services will be on a later date at the Aberdeen Cemetery with military rites by the Aberdeen American Legion of which he was a lifetime member.
