Susan Eames Green

Susan Eames Green, daughter of Vern and Clotheil Eames, left her children Lisa Green, Shawn Green (Pam), Derek Green and Jeff Green (Jill) on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, and danced to her folks. She was 76 years old.

Granddaughters include Leslie Madison Green and Hailey Green. Grandsons include Jesse Green, Cody Green, Zachery Green, Tyson Green and Triston Green. She was a sister to Shirley Liese (Vern Jr.) Eames, Joyce Hall, Liz Ann Pearson, Jack Eames, Karen Horne, Donna Bush, Charlie Eames, Robert Eames, Mile Eames and Valorie Williams.

She was born and raised in American Falls and Knox Canyon. The daughter of a Sheep Man, she fed bum lambs, the daughter of a Grand Lady she loved fashion and fine things. Mom was a homecoming attendant, played drums in the band, attended Idaho State University, was pledged in sorority Alpha Chi Omega and a cheerleader. She went to school in Seattle, WA, to be a stewardess, beginning work shortly after with Hughes Airlines.

She married Richard B. Green of Carey, ID. All her babies were born and began life in American Falls, where she had a kindergarten. Later moving to Farmington, UT, where she resided until the last. Her life was filled with education, friendships that spanned her whole life and religion. Family was always priceless. She earned a combined BS from Utah State University and Westminster College in Salt Lake City, a Masters from Weber State University. Her legacy, iconic, remarkable and rich. So gracious and beautiful with all.

We thank you all, her loved ones for giving and sharing throughout her life. She has complete bliss, has come full circle and will be laid next to her daddy in American Falls. Her legacy and love surrounds us. With all her love we look forward knowing she is ALWAYS with each of us.

Services at the LDS Meeting House, 825 S 50 E, Farmington, UT 84025 (Glover Lane turn N on 50 E), will be Friday, Nov. 6, with a viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, with lunch following. Graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at Falls View Cemetery in American Falls.
