Born on Aug. 18, 1957, in Price, UT, to Colleen Smith Hatch and Duaine Hatch. Leslie passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015. She was raised in American Falls until she married Jim Patrick and moved to North Tonawanda, NY. She was preceded in death by her father Duaine and sister Pamela.
She is survived by her husband Jim Patrick, daughter Cherie and two sons Joshua and Jason, sister Melanie Poling of Green River, WY, brother Kevin, of West Point, UT, and her mom Colleen of American Falls and one granddaughter Autum.
